watudo ("we", "us") provides an AI organizational operating system at app.watudo.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email, organization membership)
• Workspace content you create (messages, tasks, approvals, files)
• Device and usage data needed for push notifications, security, and reliability

How we use it

• To operate the product for your organization
• To power optional AI features (e.g. message analysis, transcription) using subprocessors such as OpenAI when configured
• To send notifications you enable
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, AI) solely to run watudo, and when required by law.

Retention & control

Organization admins control workspace data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@watudo.com.
