The service

watudo helps teams turn conversations into tasks, approvals, and decisions. Features may change as we improve the product. AI-assisted suggestions are aids—not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use watudo only for lawful purposes. Organization owners are responsible for members they invite and content stored in their workspace.

Content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate watudo for your organization, including optional AI processing when enabled.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, send malware, or violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, watudo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
